TUMBLES & CHEERS OFFERS CERTIFIED, PROFESSIONAL INSTRUCTION FOR ALL SKILL LEVELS -- FOR ALL AGES, GIRLS AND BOYS.


Tumbles & Cheers is a "Founding" member of USASF (United States All Star Federation).  In addition, coaches are certified through AACCA (American Association of Cheerleading Coaches and Advisors), and NCSSE (National Council for Spirit Safety and Education).

CLASS FEES:

$35 Annual membership fee 
$65 per month for your first class for Levels 1 & 2, $90 per month for Levels 3 & 4
$44 per month for your second class for Levels 1 & 2, $64 for Levels 3 & 4
$27.50 per month for each additional class for Levels 1 & 2, $40 for Levels 3 & 4

Early Bird Special: The early bird special pricing rate is redeemable if the athlete's account is paid for the folliwing month by the 20th of the previous month. (Example: September Early Bird tuition is paid by August 20th)

Early Bird Rates are $55 for Levels 1 & 2, $80 for Levels 3 & 4

Family discounts also apply 
 

Fees for Allstar Teams by request.  Unlimited Tumbling Classes are offered to those enrolled in our All Star Program

$5 0pen Gym (must be currently enrolled in a class)

$25 Private Lesson Fees (30 min)

iconOhio Extreme Allstar Teams

Ohio Extreme is a Nationally Ranked, National Championship winning competitive allstar cheer program offered to 3 year olds through adult and offers ALL SKILL LEVELS. Tumbles & Cheers has a place for everyone, from exhibition teams to all levels and ages of competitive teams!  Everyone interested in being a competitive cheerleader will be placed on a team. iconRecreational Cheer Class and Stretch & Strength Class

Learn the basics of cheerleading in our non-competitive recreational cheer class.  Students will learn cheerleading & jump technique, dance, and tumbling skills. These elements will be put together and performed in a performance at the end of the class for family and friends.  The summer class is $65 a month.

iconBoys Flips & Tricks Class

For kids that want to learn to flip!  These classes focus on safety, technique, & body awareness on trampoline surfaces and the spring floor.  It is great for students with backyard trampolines, gymnasts, or those interested in extreme sports.

Flips & Tricks - boys only, ages 6 and up.  Activities for students interested in extreme sports.  This class will teach tumbling and use trampolines and soft landing areas to teach flips and tricks to students with no fear.

Tumbles & Cheers' tumbling program is for ages 6 - 23 and is structured for the most progressive, technical training for beginner - advanced skill levels. Tumbling Classes are seperated by skill level and age.

TUMBLING LEVEL 1:
Level 1 Tumbling is designed for those beginning athletes of all ages who are new to the sport of tumbling. We focus on teaching basic gymnastic elements and building confidence.Students will be taught proper techniques to progess quickly and safely. This class focuses on strength, flexibilty, and coordination. Skills include foward and backward rolls, cartwheels and roundoffs, backbend bridge kickovers, front limbers, and handstands.
 

TUMBLING LEVEL 2:
Level 2 is designed to to begin learning consecutive tumbling skills & jump/tumbling combinations. Skills the students must master in order to adavance are: handstand forward rolls, back extension rolls, front and back walkovers, standing backhandspring, standing backhandspring series, toe touch backhandspring, roundoff backhandspring, roundoff backhandspring series, and front handsprings.

TUMBLING LEVEL 3:
Level 3 is designed for the development of the more advanced athlete. More emphasis will  be placed on gaining speed and power for more difficult skills and strength training.  In order for an athlete to advance, they must master the following skills: standing back tuck, standing backhandspring back tuck, standing backhandspring series back tuck, toe touch back tuck, roundoff tuck, roundoff backhandspring back tuck, , punch front, front handspring step out roundoff backhandspring back tuck, and aerials.

TUMBLING LEVEL 4/5:
Level 4/5 is designed for our elite tumbler. Athletes will master the correct technique needed for the most advanced acrobatics. This level will focus on round off backhandspring layouts, roundoff backhandspring full twist, double full twist, arabians, whips, standing full twist, backhandspring series layout/full twist and multiple jump combinations to a front or back tuck .  These skills are also combined into specialty passes as well.
